Returns:

(Please READ) A 14-Day return period is in effect upon reception of delivered item. You may also have the option for a replacement or item of the same value. Free. we do not provide for return shipping costs.

RETURNING COMIC BOOK-(S)-

Returns are accepted on any item-(s) purchased UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: To ship the item back, return to sender or repackage item-(s) and upon verification via mail/photographs etc, we will then verify your claim and refund your money + Shipping Costs in FULL no questions asked.

Claims:

1."Item was Damaged in transit or before transit". We NEVER ship any comic book-(s) in a damaged condition, all item-(s) conditions are clearly stated in the description of the item.

2. Package was damaged by mail carrier/service. Mail damage can occur, if you are sure of this, file a complaint with the postal inspector and mail the item back (if opened), upon reciept of returned item and verification of contents, your money + Shipping Costs will be refunded within a reasonable period of time -in FULL, no questions asked.

3."Can I keep the item, even though I am dissatisfied?" Honestly, this would create opportunities for thieves who make false claims, and get things for free from unsuspecting sellers, and we cannot allow this - we do not mean to be negative here, it is just silly to let a unscrupulous buyer do this to scam a seller or sellers.

4."Does ComicMartUSA pay for return shipping?" Sorry, but NO we do not.

5. If my claim is legitimate can I get an exchange? Yes., once your money is returned to you - you may request the same item or a similar item of the same value.(Provided the Item is in Stock). If the item is out of stock, you may have to wait - however it will come to you as requested, and hopefully without further issue.

6. All False claims will NOT be tolerated, Reported with eBay Seller Protection and you will not get a REFUND.
